Privacy Policy

Todii ("the App") is developed by Neowelt Interactive AB, based in Sweden. We are the data controller for any personal data processed through the App. This privacy policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores your tasks, tags, completion history, reward progress, and preferences locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you use the optional Inbox feature (see below). No account or sign-up is required.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics (Google) — Collects anonymous usage data such as screen views and feature engagement. No personally identifiable information is collected. See Firebase Privacy.
• Apple StoreKit — Processes in-app purchases and subscriptions. Managed entirely by Apple under their privacy policy.
• AWS (Inbox API) — Flow subscribers who enable the Inbox feature send task data to our servers hosted on Amazon Web Services in the EU (eu-north-1). This data is temporary and deleted after you process or clear it.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, health data, photos, or any other personal information. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.

Inbox Feature (Flow Subscribers)

If you subscribe to the Flow tier and enable the Inbox, items sent via Zapier or Claude Desktop are temporarily stored on our servers. Your API key is stored as a one-way SHA-256 hash — we never store the raw key. Inbox items are deleted from the server when you process or clear them from the App. All server data is stored in the AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm) region.

Data Retention

Local data is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. Server-side inbox items are deleted when you process them in the App or use the "Clear All" function. We do not maintain long-term server storage of your data.

Your Rights

You can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the App. Flow subscribers can clear their inbox and revoke their API key from the Settings screen. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR — contact us at todii@neowelt.app for data access, correction, or deletion requests.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
