Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026

Todii ("the App") is developed by Neowelt Interactive AB, based in Sweden. We are the data controller for any personal data processed through the App. This privacy policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores your tasks, tags, completion history, reward progress, and preferences locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This content never leaves your device. No account or sign-up is required, and we do not know who you are.

Analytics & Advertising Attribution

We advertise Todii, and we use Tenjin (Tenjin, Inc.), a mobile measurement service, to understand whether that advertising works. For this purpose the App sends Tenjin:

• App events — installation and app opens, completion of the intro guide, viewing the upgrade screen, and purchases of the one-time upgrade. The content of your tasks is never included.
• Device information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, and country (derived from your IP address).
• Identifiers — a random identifier generated by the App that is not linked to your name or identity; Apple's identifier for vendors (IDFV); and Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking (see below).

Tracking Permission (App Tracking Transparency)

On first launch, the App asks for permission to track using Apple's standard prompt.

• If you allow tracking, your device's advertising identifier is shared with Tenjin and with the advertising network that showed you an ad (currently Meta) to attribute your installation to that ad and to measure and improve our campaigns.
• If you decline, no advertising identifier is collected and your device is not tracked across apps. Campaign results then reach us only through Apple's SKAdNetwork, which reports in aggregate and by design does not identify you or your device.

Purchases

The optional one-time upgrade is processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your name, billing address, or payment details. To measure our advertising and account for refunds, we receive purchase confirmations from Apple (product, price, currency, transaction identifiers, and refund status) and share validated purchase events with Tenjin and the advertising network as described above. These are associated with random identifiers, not with your identity.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, health data, or photos. Your tasks and everything you write in the App stay on your device. We do not sell personal data, and outside of the advertising measurement described above, we do not share data with anyone.

Data Retention

Local data is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. Device-level analytics data is retained by Tenjin for a limited period (typically 90 days) before it is reduced to aggregate statistics; aggregated campaign statistics, which cannot identify you, are retained for as long as we need them.

Your Rights

You can withdraw tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings, and delete all local data by uninstalling the App. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR — including access, correction, deletion, and objection. Contact us at todii@neowelt.app and we will handle your request, including forwarding deletion requests to our analytics provider.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
