Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Todii mobile application ("the App") developed by Neowelt Interactive AB ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Todii is an iOS productivity application that helps you manage tasks and links using a backlog-and-today workflow. The App is available as a free download with optional paid tiers that unlock additional features.

Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers the following paid tiers:

• Focus — One-time purchase ($19.99). Unlocks custom tags, accent color theming, and unlimited figure building.
• Flow Monthly — Auto-renewable subscription ($5.99/month). Includes everything in Focus plus API inbox integration and time tracking features.
• Flow Annual — Auto-renewable subscription ($39.99/year). Same as Flow Monthly at a reduced rate.

Flow subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

Digital Content

The 3D voxel figures and cubes earned within the App are in-app rewards with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not abuse, overload, or interfere with the Inbox API or any server infrastructure.
• Keep your API key confidential if you use the Inbox feature.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neowelt Interactive AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. To cancel a subscription, manage it through your Apple ID settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our server services if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
